Oleg Pissarenko is a composer and pianist whose work is a journey through minimalism and inner peace. After decades of activity in the jazz field as both a guitarist and a visionary, his creative path has led him to the concept of “Music of Presence”.

Using the acoustic resonance of the piano and the silence of the space, Pissarenko creates soundscapes that help the listener stop the rush of time.

Beyond his composition work, Pissarenko is known as a builder of cultural bridges—he is the founder of Narva Jazz Club, the initiator of the iDeeJazz and Narva-Jõesuu Jazz festivals, and the artistic director of Viimsi Jazz.

He has been recognized with the Order of the White Star, V Class, the title of Musician of the Year by Estonian Public Broadcasting, and Viimsi Municipality’s Cultural Organizer of the Year.
